By combining a digital app with a human-centric call center, HMD allows non-tech-savvy users (especially the elderly) to book smart appointments, eliminating panic travel and road accidents. Recognized by Startup Bihar, the company offers a 360-degree ecosystem including home diagnostics and medicine delivery, curbing healthcare migration and restoring dignity to the patient experience.
